14days Special but NO stock???

I am a customer of MTN for many years now. I have currently two contracts with them. They have Yello deals currently from 02-15 September 2013 so I went today 03092013 to take another contract on the Yello deal on the Samsung Galaxy Tab 11 7.0 (P3100). At MTN North Park Pretoria North NO STOCK for the Tab at MTN Wonderpark Pretoria North NO STOCK for the Tab at MTN direct Wonderboom Junction Wonderboom Pretoria they have the Tab in stock BUT NO STOCK for a SIM card??? How can you run Yello Deals just for 14days WITHOUT STOCK??? This is not acceptable at all if you want to run a "special" you need stock??? Now I am waiting for a SIM card to come into stock which can take up to a week. How is it possible for MTN Direct not to have SIM cards in stock??? Gerda Liebenberg
