After 15 years on contract with MTN I moved to CellC in March 2013 because I was fed up with their poor service. I notified MTN of cancellation in December 2012 and again in Feb. 2013. I called the callcentre on numerous occasions to confirm this.

On the second last day of the contract I confirmed with MTN Stellenbosch (Ashley Arnolds) the migration to prepaid will happen on 18 March 2013. It eventually only happened on 26 March. Last correspondence I received from MTN was the April 2013 statement (zero balance) and an April invoice of zero Rand.

This week I find that I was listed at a credit buro in May for non payment of R656 in April. In April I was already with CellC. I had no luck with the call centre. I need MTN to resolve this immediately. R656 is not really worth my while to persue the legal action over, but I need to clear my name.
