Removed data bundles not related to contract

My contract for my weekender everyday ended and I was migrated to a u choose smart s. The migration was suppose to happen on 01/01/2014. Instead they migrated me on 31/12/2013 which left me with the inability to use my phone until the 1st of January. On top of that they removed 200mb data which was not related to the contract. I phoned on the 31st of December 2013 (ref S3T9B26-65P77). I was told to wait 24hours to activate the new contract and that they can do nothing for me to be able to use my phone for the 24hours waiting period. I was also told that my data will be added to my contract within 24 hours. I am still waiting for my data to be added. Poor response to complaint.
