WORST Service!!! No Getting Through to CC!!!

I received a sms on my cell stating that my service will be suspended if i do not deposit money into MTN's account.
I cannot get through to their customer care department.
My debit order has for the last few YEARS always been on the 1st of the month.
Todays date is the 31st.
I'm tired of MTN and their sloppy billing.
I'm tired of their threats, especially KNOWING that my account is up to date at all times!!!
NOT THE FIRST TIME!
MTN has no regard for their customers. Their attitude seems to be that they are doing me a huge service by taking my money each month.
When my Samsung had a cracked screen MTN wouldnt' even assist me with repairs even though i was willing to pay CASH!
I was sent out of the MTN store feeling like a thug! I went to Vodacom for assistance and they were more than willing to take my cash and repair my phone. Good service received from a service provider that is not even my own!
As i'm typing this my phone shows i've been on hold with their customer care for more than 20mins! 20 minutes???
NEXT TIME I WILL NOT RENEW MY CONTACT WITH MTN, THEY HAVE NOT APPRECIATED ME AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR ALL THESE YEARS!
I'm very very upset about this.
