I do not even know where to begin with this superfluous complaint. I took contracts with MTN and have never been happy with the service, firstly, I took a contract that was meant to lapse in March 2012 for a nokia and another one that was meant to lapse in September 2012 . I received a call from an agent that wanted me to upgrade in September and at that time, I advised her that I want my contracts to be terminated and do not wish to continue with the contracts for both phones and I as advised that they would sort it out for me. I later got mail that I needed to pay a sum of R1800 for whatever reason because my contract was now on legal - I did make payment. To my surprice, MTN sent me to their lawyers this year and I got a mere SMS after months of not getting any sort of notifications whatsoever from MTN regarding my contracts that now I am due to pay an amount of R4000 and some rands, when I enquired why the amount was that high, I was advised that the amount includes the cell phone contracts as well as the active laptop amount. Who the told MTN to active the cellphones to begin with and why do I need to pay for cell phones that are no longer In use and that have lapsed!!! I
