CELL C DEDUCTING DOUBLE AMOUNT OF CONTRACT

Cell C - please advise why you are deducting R200 per month for the last couple of months from my account for 2 x R50 contracts that is supposed to be R100 per month? Due to your bad service in 2012, I could not have cancelled my contracts at the end of July 2012 as you have advised me. I am suppose to wait untill the end of July this year, but then you have decided to do this!!! How will I be repaid the money???
