Vodacom
Lack of communication

Approximately I was contacted by telemarketer selling Vodacom-backed products. I believe the agency is Homemark or Hallmark. We concluded the sale and to date I have still not received the desired product. I followed up on this and was informed that the modem has been discontinued and today I was told that they don't have stock. I was promised a call back before 12:00 today. Considering the lack of communication thus far, this does not inspire much confidence. Please assist me in resolving this query amicably.
