This is the email I've sent to Vodacom Customer Care.

Good day,

On numerous occasions, I've queried why my bill is high whilst I have the available data and minutes required. I've been told that the Out-of-Bundle rates applied which I fail to understand as I even purchased an additional 1Gig data plan. I've asked for a complete breakdown of this amount which I haven't received. Yesterday I even went to a Vodacom Outlet in Bridge City Durban of which I was informed that the bill reflected on their side is /- R 700, I even told the guy who was helping me to confirm this amount and I logged on to My Vodacom to show him what's on my side. Could I kindly be informed on the differences? Ever since I upgraded in July, I've had constant problems with this network and a lot of unanswered questions, and it's really taxing me. Please inform me of ALL options available with regards to ending this contract with you, in your reply please include the costs applicable.
