Struggle to get full Itemised Billing account

I struggle since the beginning of October to get my full Itemised Billing Account for the period 2013-08-13 till 2013-09-13. I need this account for work purposes to submit it to my employer. The account they send to me every time started at 2013-09-02. The calls from 2013-08-13 up till then I struggle to get out of MTN. This is unacceptable to wait so long to get your full statement for calls that I made for the mentioned period. I am frustrated and don't know what to do to get the full information from MTN.
