RCS Billing me for account paid-in-full

In December 2012 I called your call centre to pay an account in full. They gave me a settlement amount that I subsequently paid also in December 2012 to an amount of R3 641, 04.

In December 2013 I have received 2 calls and threatening messages to pay this account in full AGAIN? You called me twice, and each time with a different amount. This after I have already paid it in full.

After i paid the account in December 2012 i have NEVER received a phone call, sms, email or post regarding anything owing.

I asked you in December 2013 to send me a statement to show all payments since this account started, and I am still waiting for this.
One of your supervisors was going to call me in December as well so we could sort this out, and yet I am waiting.

Can you please stop sending me messages and look into your systems that this account has been paid in full.
