I had two contract phones with MTN. In September I requested to upgrade only one of them to a modem which I was going to pay R99.00 monthly. The upgrade was declined. I requested to migrate both my contracts to prepaid. However MTN without my concern upgraded Both my contracts on the 28th September. I called them on the 02nd October to enquire. I was adviced to send an Affidavit with my ID copy confirming that I never requested an upgrade. I sent the documents on the 03-10-13. They only logged the call on the 07-10-13 on REQ:2737877. I sent the migration forms on the 24-10-13. I got the reply on the 25-10-13 that I am now on prepaid REQ:2830718. However I have a bill of R1250.00 on my account. The contract that I had with them I was only paying R158.00. No one is able to assist me. i am now referred to department. They don't even know department contact number. I always have to call MTN. I get no response from them ever. I have to keep on calling their call centre, they don't even have the decency to call or email me regarding feedback.
