Cannot get service from virgin mobile

I cannot get solid reception from virgin mobile for years now. i have asked call centre numdrous times for help but there is nothing. i want my money back for this whole month and for this contract to be terminated. endless problems with this network. the people at the call centre cannot help u. the technical department is constantly unavailable or doesnt get back to you.
