Still not refunded and I got an invoice

What is going on???!!!

Really? I was promised a refund for being wrongly debited R199 from my account which ended in July..I was deducted 1st of October... I was told I will be refunded within 5 - 10 working days... NO REFUND. I have logged 2 more complaints with which I got a response saying that it is currently being investigated why I was not yet refunded... Haven't heard anything from 8ta... not a phone call..not an email..NOTHING!!! oh and on top of that I just received another fn invoice..REALLY!!!??? Are you guys sleeping at the office?? do you not take note that customers are complaining?? where is the management?

So now, ...I'm logging a complaint AGAIN.

So this is what I am expecting from you.the SERVICE:
Refund for wrongly being debited on the 1st of October for an account that ended end of July... R199
and if I have to go to FNB to put a stop to 8ta debiting my account I will except a refund of R80 from you cause that is what the charge is to put a stop on a debit order.
An apology for wasting my time having to log a complaint through HelloPeter cause your customer service is so washed up.

Oh, and if my account gets debited again I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHE
