I have now been a contract customer with Vodacom for 4 months and have not yet received the complete pakage of my contract, after making numerous calls and driving up and down due to false information by the consultants aswel as (wayne the shop owner) i could not have achieved ANYTHING im am by now so fed up with all the and false promisses i dont know what to do any more. threatning to close my acc and stand a chance to get blacklisted does not make any impact on this above mentioned individual (s) all they say is that that dission is yours. not thinking that i as the customer has been paying for items stipulated in my contract that i do not have.
i have been promissed the item (internet dongle or a rooter) for four months, and their only feedback was that they are still in a safe zone as there is a "coveniant" 90 period in which they are safe not to have givven me the rooter or dongle. now the 90 day period is over (120days) and im still in a battle to get what i was prommised. i have a email from mr Videsh Ramsook prommising me that he will call me (never happend its now 4days later)
