I took a contract phone with Virgin Mobile and the contract expired and when it expired i called them to cancel it and they advise me to use the no for prepaid even though i told them i had lost the no 0741050352. Since then i have been billed a monthly amount of R160 everymonth for over 2 years by Yohoo which was contracted to distribute sims by Virgin Mobile. When i call virgin mobile they say this was their subsidiary that was distributing phones for them. they provided me with their no and when i call the no, i'm directed back to virgin mobile and they say on their automatinc answering machine their co is closed and i need to direct all queries to virgin mobile and virgin mobile say i need to speak to them. I am tired of being moved from post to pillar by these 2 companies since last year march. Kindly assist as i cannot afford this money that i'm paying for absolute nothing. This is really frustrating me.
