Uncapped... with fineprint throttling

What does UNCAPPED means when you are throttled for apparent excessive downloads? i was always on the 1 meg and never had problems.then i asked a friend also on mweb why he never upgraded to faster line.he said if i do make sure its premium cos he went for 2 meg but was throttled. So i went with 2meg premium hoping i wont be throttled. LOW and behold i was throttled.download speeds reduced but NO mail saying if you throttled how long it would last for. I have been throttled so far for three days. The pathetic thing is the amount of downloads is not much more than when i was 1meg. So ONCE again what does UNCAPPED mean? i was not warned of throttling with 1meg nor 2 meg yet im throttled for apparent abuse? THEN DONT ADVERTISE as UNCAPPED if 11 gigs was a problem over a period of a few days then. Mweb now.luckily they not the only providers
