Worst internet provider I've ever used part 2

After many complaints and conversations with call centre agents, Supervisors, Technicians and general MTN staff, I found that MTN does not deliver fully on what was promised, whether it is action, improved service or feedback.

Have had the worst experience with MTN as an internet provider as they do provide the bare minimum. I am using an MTN Broadband light UNLIMITED package, but once fair usage is reached, I am throttled, which is part of that package that I knowingly and willingly signed and I bare no bones about that. The issue is on the speed that I am reduced to once I've been throttled. It used to be 40kbps which was still ok. Currently I'm sitting at 0.8kbp/s, I can't even get into my email. This is just plain pathetic. The "unlimited "should be removed from the product name as it is misleading.

I don't want some person telling me what I'm paying for, should this complaint be read properly, I have already explained it in the above paragraph. I want results, not petty excuses, or I will take my business elsewhere.
