I was misled by cell c consultant to take a contract over a telephonic conversation which took more dan an hour, He gave me wrong info about da deal and I did not want da phone but he kept pushing it. da deal was dat I ws gona pay R119 per month for an offer of Samsung GT-S5300 which comes with 400 free minutes to all networks and da call rate is 99c per minute. After a month I found out dat I will be paying R525.48 which was debited on 31/01/13. I told them that I'm not willing to carry on with this contract because I was misled and the contract is VOID plus I never sign any paper for the contract, it was only a phone call conversation. Cell c investigated the case and da guy gave me feedback dat I'm right dat I was given wrong info as da guy who offered me a contract ws still training, and he promised to refund me and to cancel da contract and to come take their phone, but nothing happened yet. On 28/02/13 cell c took R565.01 from my account but I'm not using their service, when I checked da balance it showed dat I will be paying R916.36 by end of this month. I phoned them again and dey said dey will call me within 24hhrs but dey never, Ref 3031700182 (by NADIA). dey enjoy dis.
