Cell C - Pathetic service! Over billing issues!!

So where do I begin?
I signed up for a data contract a couple years back, a 5GB @ R299 p/m contract to be exact, good connection no issues at the time, earlier this year I recived a call from a Cell C agent promoting a new data bundle package of 20GB @ R179 p/m to be exact, a NO BRAINER right... well wrong!!!
2 x months into the contract I was being billed for my previous R5GB / R299 contract as well as the new one I signed up for. this went on for a couple months after having spoken to Cell C and they promised to cancel the other contract, did not happen, I eventually went into a cell c branch at my local mall and after 2hrs I was told that there is nothing that they could do, I need to call cell c direct.
Thats not all.
After all this someone at Cell C reverses my 20GB contract down to a 500MB WITHOUT MY CONSENT!! As a result I was billed for excess data consumption at an alarming rate, I cant even tell you how many people at the call center I have spoken to about this, in the end my I dont have a data connection, I have not been reinbursed, I have NOT BEEN CONTACTED BY CELL C on any updates. and to think of it I was actually considering to port my mobile. 4get about it!
