On Monday 28/10/2013 I noticed a R7 charge on my account. I phoned my SP (Vodacom) and they informed me that Mira Networks was charging me R7 a day for a service that I registered for. (Which I didn't)
So I asked them to cancel my subscription. My Wireless Application Service Providers' Association (WASPA) reference number is 5359280.
I got an SMS from Mira Networks saying my request to unsubscribe was received ref no. 2283321
Then an SMS saying unsubscribed from service.
Today when I look at my account another R14 was taken out.
For how long will they continue to do this. Please stop cause I am pretty sure this is not legal.
