Was Promised Immediate Action & Nothing's Happened

On 24th April I spoke with a lady called Ronel about my order placed 18th April for 2 telephones I'd ordered from MTN that I'd heard nothing about - Order No's 6481609 & 6481642. Ronel then promised immediate feedback from herself & her Supervisor. To date I've heard nothing. On 30th April I posted a complaint about MTN on this website. I received a "Suppliers Response" from Wenzile Masina of MTN on 2nd May - Ref No 2085977 & promising immediate action on this matter. It's now 23rd May & still I've heard nothing. Goodness me, if other Companies treated their customers as badly as MTN do (you only have to look at all the MTN complaints on this website), the Company would be out of business! Please will a senior, responsible person from MTN sort my problem out (& everyone's else's complaint about MTN on this website). Thanks!
