Are they or are they not??

I have just posted a complaint about Enjen Petroleum. After submitting, a message from Hellopeter tells me that they are NOT a company who responds but when I look on the Hellopeter reports they ARE listed under Companies who respond. And have responded up to Monday 18. So which is it?
