I took up a contract with 8ta, which expired in March 2013, but they are still billing my account even today.
All the application was done telepathically, and when I called about the incorrect billing I was told to speak to Tshepo the supervisor at the call centre, and I left several message for him but I ma still waiting up to today.

I am so disappointed with their service because I never had this problem with other service providers. I need them to stop debiting my account and I need them to refund all my monies from April.
If you call the call centre, the people are totally clueless and not helpful, and will put you on hold for the so called supervisor.
They phone I took up doesn't exist but they still billing me, what for?

People please be warned about this 8ta, they rip us off.
