Still awaiting for Cell C to refund my account

Good Day,

I am an unhappy customer of Cell c, I've called Cell c customer service centre to refund my account for the incorrect billing from July 2013 when i was renewing my contract with them till today its not done and I've done serveral follow ups. I get the same response the billing account is working on it. I cant remember the other consultants that took my query but I have the following names Tshepo who said he escalated my query to Siboniso the superior apparently, Zandi, Lerato then I last called them on 17/09/13 spoke to Tholakele who advised me that Nkosazana Motsamai fron the billing account is busy with it. Till today 04/10/13 haven't received my refund and haven't got the correct billing yet as what they say on my statement is not what we agreed on.
