Good day... No - terrible day - Service delivery even worse!!!
Referring to the above reference number, and your email dated 8/10/2013, my problem has deteriorated!!! Instead of sorting out the problem within 7-10 days to attend, NOTHING has been done, and the Original problem of R10549.81 became a bigger problem of R13 083.38, - STILL NOTHING WAS DONE, AFTER PHONECALLS, QUERIES AT THE POLOKWANE BRANCH AND PHONECALLS AGAIN!!! And now the NEW PROBLEM IS A MASSIVE R17 945.99!!
I think you must go back on my record... and the time this contract has been renewed - for YEARS! DOES THAT MAKE ME A GOOD OR A BAD CUSTOMER? ONLY ASKING? YOU TELL ME!!! Why can nobody solve this problem? I cannot pay this amount - I did not download the data and I am waiting for your resolution! What happened to customer service?
I was at the MTN Branch in Thabo Mbeki street today and Octavia helped me and she listened to my problem - and did her best. I spoke to a guy at head office from her phone and he said he does not have an answer yet!!! Since 8 October 2013? And he said they would not suspend my phone untill this has been resolved... SMS SAYING WARNING - THEY ARE SUSPENDING!!
