I am laying a complaint against MTN for unfairness as
1. I was never informed that data roaming could be so costly
2. I was never directed to the website to read up on how to prevent costly billings. I still can't find the cost per minutes/kb etc that is chargeable for roaming.
3. The Century City MTN have not reported back to me after me visiting their offices twice.
4. MTN switched off my outgoing calls when I had reached my R3548 credit limit did not switch off the data roamingwhen the bill was only R15791.36, and allowed R44000 to be billed to my account.
6. MTN is unwilling to compromise on allowing me to pay off without affecting my credit rating. MTN say they will blacklist me as a slow payer
7. They have not responded to me after sending 3 emails on this matte
