Telkom offered the worst service I experienced

I was contacted by Telkom to install a landline and chose the internet as well at a price of R550 pm in June 2013. When installed, the technician said that he would have to return as he couldn't finnish the outside connection due to the weather:
* This was never done and when queried with the call centre, they advised that everything was in full working order.
* My first bill was not received as my email and banking details were incorrect - I got an sms to pay immediately
*my entire line and internet was not working for most of July - I was not informed when it was fixed and was eventually refunded R30 for this time after I enquired. There is a dispute currently logged and nobody can tell me the amount I must be refunded.
*I got a call on 27/09/2013 at a bad time and due to a misunderstanding, my line was "cut" again and was re-installed at my inconvenience on 09/10/2013 - nobody can tell me how much I must be refunded for no service during this time.
*eventually I down-graded to pay as you go on 25/10/2013 due to much frustration and when trying the line that evening, it was dead again.
*I would like to be refunded for the times I had no service.
