Unacceptable Service by Staff and Manage

I received a phone call from MTN, stating I could upgrade on the 21st of October 2013. I was unsure about it because to my knowledge I can only update on the 2nd of November 2013. I went into the shop and the store clerk named Heinrich said that according to his system I can only upgrade on the 2nd however he would order the phone for me and I can come and get it WHEN I UPGRADE, as it is very difficult to get a Samsung S4. He promised to keep the phone for me when it comes in.
The shop phones me today and tells me they cannot keep my phone that they have ordered for me because they only keep phones for 24 hours. I asked to speak to the manager he says no they can't keep the phone he will talk to his manager (which I asked to speak to in the first place) and tells me they will phone me back. The manager then tells me no, they cant keep the phone for me, and they have to order another one and blames me for the mix up. And says they MIGHT be able to order me a new one before Saturday. If they ordered the phone for me, and they would not get it before the weekend as per their usual stunt. This is not the first bad service I have experienced at this shop. They give MTN a bad name.
