Call Centre Assistants and Account enquires

This is not the first time that Cell C cuts off my contract even that the contract has been paid before the 1st of each month. After to follow up just to find that the call centre agent is arrogant an plain rude wich i think is bad for a company like Cell C. I just hope other consumer read this and think twice before they take out a contract with Cell C
