This is a follow up to a previous listing here against Cell C - seems it is the only way to get them to call me as a customer. I paid for a 12 month data contract in advance and much of the time it is SO SLOW IT IS un-useable. I have been through all the hoops - call centre support, taking hardware to their customer service to have it checked and I still find much of the time in the peak working day, the speed is so slow I cannot use it. If this is not a breach of contract - what is?

After the 1st month I went back to a monthly 8ta service because Cell C was so bad - even though I had paid in advance. Then it improved and I returned to using Cell C for a couple of months. Recently it is impossible, and despite calls to the call centre, filling out a form providing details of the problem, calling and following up 3 times - NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME TO SORT THE PROBLEM. Cell C - when you read this PLEASE CALL ME..
