Various emails and calls to Cell C and still nothing. Ref 3101003440 - and still nothing??? Three calls today and i was cut off and nobody bothers to call you back (after you gave all your details - a thousand security questions) and still nothing. Where is call centre ettiquete or plain old courteousy? Anyway, my cheque account was debited with R197.98 and Cell C cant find it. What a joke. three contracts, three debit orders and they find only 2. Permission granted to debit me with the difference ONLY - but still nothing. i now want to pay the difference and CANCEL the contract. I have now completed 15 months of my contract and willing to pay for remaining for remaining months. but i just want the contract cancelled please.
