I Have contract and Cell C keep on deducting on different dates. My debit date was the 1 st of each month and paid R 200 for my contract where the BIS was included. Suddenly now i am billed for BIS 85 extra. I never activated any BIS as inform by the call centre. I want to cancell my contract and because of all the wrong deduction on my account I now according to cell c in arrears with one payment. How The F@#$$k. the call centre agents are so full of it and keeping blaming the customer. I have been with CELL C for 6 years but will never again deal with them. Dissapointed.
