My children have PRE PAID contracts with Cell C. I pay all these accounts. One month I was late by one day in paying and since then every single month Cell C cuts one of the cell lines off. I have contacted them so many times and each time they want me to pay an extra fee _ what this is for I do not know as I have checked and it is not a late payment fee (which was sorted out all those months ago) However, one of my children ever month does not have the use of their cell phone and it is a PRE paid contract so they cannot go over their limit. The call centre agents do not know what they are talking about and I have even been in contact with Thuto (at the CEO's office) and I still have this problem - surely this is a breach of the contract we have!!! I cannot wait for these contracts to expire so that we can change networks!!! Thanks for no help at all Cell C
