Endless problems with telkom call centre

Ecently installed telkom adsl and contacted the call centre to check that i am on the correct package that was requested. the line was installed last week tues the 22/01/2013. i contacted the call centre on wed and the lady said that she could not see the line active!!! therefore she cannot say which package i am on. I used my internet on the night before and how could she not see anything and cannot give any info. I then called on Friday and spoke to Lerato who seemed totally confused. Firstly tells me to wait for my first invoice to see which package i am on. I mentioned to him that i needed to know before the bill comes to avoid additional expenses. I placed this order in november 2012 and aslo in dec 2012 if telkom checks their records. The special i ordered was the R169 per month with 5gb data. I understand that i need to pay a line rental as well which i was told it was R148 R169=R317. The amount of R317 should be my monthly fee. No i get told by Lerato that my bill is going to be over R400. I explained that it wa not what i ordered and needed it sorted out. He took my details and said he would call me back which i am still waiting for since friday. Telkom pls train yr staff
