Ref number 6866719. In about a month and a half I have complained about my terrible internet connection (3g which is almost always on 2g). I received 2 replies to the FOUR times I complained- first one never seemed promising anyway- second one I was told that a technician is dispatched and someone will contact me to come and have a look. Now, a week later, it seems that it was just like the first reply- not going anywhere. I moved from another service provider because of the terrible service, so I chose 8ta because I had only heard good things. A few months later, I am terribly dissapointed as I have spent so much money on this. The previous service provider did not help me, as I did not have a contract with them (ofcourse they can not say it explicitly), but nevertheless, it now seems that 8ta opperates exactly the same- it is important to note that regardless of me being prepaid, I spend a substantial amount on data. This is now my 5th attempt to get some assistance.
