8ta / telkom, you are quickly becoming the laughing stock of all service providers amongst your customers.
i have lodged about 8 or 9 complaints, with more than 5 of them going unanswered- iv been told TWICE that technicians have been dispatched to my premises: only one of the times they showed up and did not help me at all. other one i have been waiting for two weeks for the technician to contact me (still nothing)- also, i have been put on hold by your customer services for more than 15 minutes (TWICE i might add). while im sitting here typing this report, my 3g modem is on 2g, as it is, for most of the time. is anyone going to step up and help me? i am not prepared to wait 2 years and then told "sorry you will have to move to a different service provider" as i was told by vodacom before i switched to 8ta because of the good things i had heard. i paid a of a lot for a 8ta modem, sim card and data on a weekly basis after i was told that there is coverage in my area. so help me now, or be prepared to refund me on the money that i have wasted on your horrific products and services. ref number 6866719 (number in Question is registered on father's id, but im giving mine for now)
