I refer to my previous posting after which I was contacted by Telkom (see link below). I was told that they were waiting for their so called "NETWORK ENGINEERS" (fancy title) to source an antenna for my router. I have sent a mail 7 days ago inquiring about the status of the that issue. I have not had a response and have sent another mail now to follow up on that mail and still have no response. My advice to whoever reads this report. Do not purchase Telkom's LTE product from any call center that phones you and tries to sell you this product. They and tell you that you have full coverage. The telkom website shows you have coverage but when I went to one of the 8ta stores the consultant showed me I had no coverage and said they should never have sold me that product as I had no coverage. He used a different program to check BTW.

If someone is going to be contacting me again after this report, then please make sure it is someone who knows how to follow up and provide feedback on this query. I don't want to hear your apologies. I want a solution to this issue!!
