Terrible call centre management

I have been trying to get hold of any kind of a Telkom represenative for last 3 days. There is absolutely no answer during lunch hours, which is really the only time I am able to contact them. I have tried at all hours ranging from 08:30 to 17:00 and still no answer. I have spent around R110.00 on hold for the last 2 days and is becoming very tiresome.

Applying for a voice line in order to obtain an ADSL connection has become a lenghty process. Please can this problem be sorted out.

On another note - Telkom's webstie is absolutely terrible. It takes forever to get onto the desired page and its very frustrating when you need numbers in order to solve customer problems.
