MTN rip off know nothing how to treat customers

My endless issues with MTN started from the inception of my contract when I took my phone over from my previous company. In April this year I opened my lines for international roaming and on arrival back from my holiday was hit with a bill from MTN for R38 000.00 just being data used. After me following up with numerous emails and unlike Vodacom when turning my phone on I was not given any notification of charges for this service. Upon demanding answers and further information, MTN were very quick to give me a 50% rebate for which I was grateful but that in itself rings a bell.

My issue was still not resolved and my data billing escalated monthly into thousands, with me in the interim sending endless emails and personally going to their H.O at their request where I merely requested IP addresses from where the downloads were made. I am convinced my data has been hacked and until now have had zero response from MTN not even a courtesy follow up email or phone call. Try getting hold of them- good luck!

All my queries have fallen on deaf ears and should now not receive a response I will take this matter to the consumer council as I strongly feel I cannot be held responsible fo
