Cell C
NO DATA CONNECTION, NO FEEDBACK

I wrote a complaint on 3 July, got email from Mbongeni in the "escalated queries" department to fill out a form of what the issues are. I took the time to write in detail of the issue with data connection problems on my Samsung Tablet. To date, no response. I've phoned the call centre, sent emails, complained on Hello Peter but the issue seems to fall on deaf ears. Cell C are very quick to take my money for the 2 gig of data they supply me BUT I CANT USE THE DATA! I see a number of complaints with regards to data connection with Cell C, maybe they're too quick to charge cheap prices to get customers where they should in fact be sorting out their current complaints before frustrating new clients. WORST PROVIDER EVER!!!
