I called vodacom a week ago with a billing query and was promised someone will get back to me. I have not received any feedback on my query and everytime I try to call them I hold on for more than 30 minutes and they cut the call. They obviously expect me to make payment on my account at the end of the month otherwise my phone gets cut off but are doing nothing to sort out my billing query on the amount they are charging me. I also work in the service industry and this level of service will never be tolerated at the company I am working for and I would never treat one of my customers this way. It is unacceptable cause there is no recourse and no one else or any other number to contact to get through to vodacom!!!
