After service of blackberry

I booked in my blackberry 9900 for a repair a week ago, Vocadom sends me a photo advising me that he mother board is bent and will cost me R4 332.00 to repair.

My concern here is, How is it humanly possible for me to bend a mother board.

Surely this is a defected unit from teh supplier.

Please advise.
