Good Day

Please assist me i have booked my samsung S3 phone for 3 times and my problem is not resolved. for the first times vodacom has tried with possible ways to fix my problem and changes mother board as well that means vodacom engineers have investigated and found problem and thats the reason they have changed very expensive mother board and the vodacom consultant promised 2nd time my problem is not respoved as per them they will replace my handset. and for the 3rd time when i went there a lady called PROMISE MALINGA who is team lead there just talking rubbish and she is not even know how to dealt with customer who comes with frustration and problem. She is just talking as if she is engineer who fix the devices. Not sure how vodacom has appointed her there in that position.

I have bought this phone for my wife last year as her birthday present and after 3 months i bought her this phone she never enjoyed it.

I am vodacom contract customer this since 7 years and Please see how many contracts i have with vodacom and how do i pay my bills with no failure and I believe i am valuable customer to vodacom. I didnt expected that i will experience this kind of service from vodac
