Vodacom will always find an excuse

Vodacom's warranty is a load of!! Don't make use of Vodacom ever!!! My blackberry suddenly starting switching off and I look after my blackberry (its even in a cover) took it in to the vodacom shop in kimberley for repairs as it is still under warranty. Was sent off to head office to get fixed and everyone I spoke to had a different excuse why they not going to fix my blackberry. First the one guy said they don't know what's wrong with my phone and a techinian phoned me to find out what issues I was having and then after a few days they called me again and said my circuit board is bent. That's impossible as no one EVER opened my phone before but hey I guess Vodacom is just a greedy bunch and don't care about there clients!!! All that I know is that they could be the ones that bent my board and now refuse to fix it!!! Can't believe you bunch!! I'm going to cancel all my phones through Vodacom and are switiching over to someone with better service like MTN!!! Spoke to 7 different brnaches and they all said the circuit board is covered under warranty!!! Stay away from Vodacom people!!!
