Warenty fone not fix with no visible damidge

I've send 2 BlackBerry phones to Vodacom's repair centre for repairs (both does not stop rebooting). They replied that the fist 1 has been drop so hard that the pc board was bend repairable and I must pay something like R 1 700.00 to get a new BlackBerry. There's no visible damage on the phone. If it was dropped as hard as thy say the housing wold have been in pieces. They send me a photo to show how badly the board is bend. I've enlarged it as big as possible and I could not see that it was bent at all. I can not send the phone to any one else 4 a second opinion. so I must just accepted what thy are saying. The phone is 3 months old. I believe that it has a digital problem that's got nothing to do with the so called physical damage, Vodacom don't owner there warranty. There for Vodacom is a!!! I still want this phone replaced under warranty.
BlackBerry 2 (with the same problem) Vodacom seas it is fixed. I've had it on Charge for 6 hours and it was still rebooting after all that time. They replaced things like lens black and the rear housing blk 9300. It's still got the same rear housing because there's a few marks on it, its not knew. I want no 2 fixed.
