We are a company based in Cape Town, connecting to a server also hosted in cape Town. So I asked Mweb on 17th Oct if its possible to route all our traffic directly instead of via Jhb as it is causing unnecessary lag. To make worse we are a Business client and pay them R2000 a month for this privilege of "12 hour turn around time" and I have contacted them every day over the last week, spend a hour on the phone trying to get this fixed. I've demanded to talk to managers 3 times and get passed along to somebody that just tells me that they already made the change. When I do a simple tracert I can see that nothing has been done. To make things worse we are stuck in a 12 month contract with these clowns and I just can't understand how a company can be run even worse than our goverment
