VPS Networks not replying to any contact

VPS Networks, hosted at MWeb datacentre in Cape Town keep on blaming our server for having DDos attacks. David Venter can not prove this up till now, but shut my server down on Friday 29 November 2013 resulting in loss of income. Since day 1 (when we still hosted with Circle) David has been an arrogant support person. I am paid up in advance for 2 months on this reseller hosting. We even installed Cloud Linux on the server, costing us more per month to operate, but still we battle to get service from these people. There are lots of ISP's that is geared for the old Joomla version 1.5.26, why can VPS Networks not cater for this?
