Billed incorrectly, bad Service

For more than 3 months Mweb's download speeds have been getting worse and worse. I have been on a 2Mb premium account with Mweb for quite some time. After multiple consults with Mweb guy on Facebook, the issue still was not resolved. I asked to be downgraded to a 1Mb account as I thought the service might be better, and at least I will get what I'm paying for then. This was not the case. I decided to cancel the account and it is scheduled to terminate on 30 Sept. I noticed I'm still however paying for a 2Mb premium account??? When phoning tech and billing they told me I'm on a 1Mb, and I must phone at start of Oct to get a refund. I asked them if they cant just take me up to a 2Mb account again but apparently they cant? So once again I'm being forced to pay for something I'm not getting, This is horrible service!!! And why must I keep phoning to let you know you've made a mistake??? Extremely disappointed that this is the way a loyal Mweb customer is treated. I will never go back to Mweb again.
