MWEB - bad Internet service provide

I have been using ISP MWEB South Africa for the last few years for a 1MB uncapped Internet service
I have been experiencing extreme slow connectivity the last few days.
The quality is that bad that Mail server connection or Anti-virus updates is not possible
I have rebooted the rooter a few times with no improvement

I have contacted MWEB technical team and to my shock I was informed that my service has been throttled to 128K due to excessive use. I have performed a speed test that confirmed speed is a mere .0.1MB, (100kb) a tenth of the normal package speed which make this service totally unusable.
I require a 24hour reliable internet service for my work which I am paying for and not getting from MWEB
I see no reason to upgrade to another package because my current package has worked for me for the past few years.

PEOPLE THAT ARE IN THE MARKET FOR AN ISP.
PLEASE READ YOUR "SMALL PRINT" AND BE WARNED
THAT CERTAIN ISP's WILL THROTTLE YOUR SPEED ANY TIME, WHEN YOU LEAST EXPECT IT,
LIKE MWEB SOUTH AFRICA DONE WITH ME

I can now understand why MTN/MWEB (same company) is under the 5 worst companies here
