MTN - the worst service provider in South Africa!!

Since I have started using MTN as a service provider, I have only had problems with my phone, contract and internet! The people you manage and management are not trained to provide good service and now it is costing me money!

At the beginning of October, I complained that my account is incorrect for the second time in a row! It is now the end of October and I still haven't received any feedback from MTN!!! My first complaint was in August and MTN said they would investigate and get back to me... I'm still waiting for feedback on both complaints!!! It also doesn't help to visit the Lichtenburg branch, because the people there are not trained to deal with problems! I cannot wait for my contract to expire, so I can go to another service provider! But for now - answer my queries! I have asked twice already and still haven't received any proof of the account/call history or anything for that matter!!!
